After a busy summer and the distraction of the World Cup, the window about to shut – and this year it’s earlier than you’ll be used to.

THE window opened on May 17 this year, more than two weeks before other major European leagues.

Fifa rules say that the window must be open for a minimum of 12 weeks to allow clubs to get deals done in a timely manner.
